Sintepon — A Universal Non-Woven Material

Sintepon is one of the most popular synthetic insulation materials, widely used in light industry, clothing, textiles, and upholstered furniture production. It is made from 100% polyester by thermally bonding fine synthetic fibers. Thanks to its structure, sintepon offers high elasticity, low weight, and excellent thermal insulation properties.

This material is commonly used as a thermal insulation layer in outerwear — including jackets, coats, vests, and overalls. It is also used for filling pillows, blankets, and soft toys, as well as serving as an upholstery material in the furniture industry — for example, in the seats, backrests, and armrests of sofas and armchairs.

Sintepon is known for its good air permeability, hypoallergenic properties, and resistance to deformation. It does not absorb moisture, quickly regains its shape after compression, and retains heat effectively even during prolonged use.

Technical Characteristics:

  • Density: 100 g/m², 130 g/m², 150 g/m², 200 g/m², 250 g/m², 300 g/m², 350 g/m²

  • Composition: 100% polyester

  • Color: White

  • Roll width: 150 cm

  • Roll length: 20–30 meters

Thanks to its wide range of densities, sintepon is easily adaptable to various applications — from lightweight children’s clothing to heavy-duty winter wear and furniture padding. Combining affordability, functionality, and durability, sintepon remains an indispensable material in the modern textile industry.
